TORG-NG Workplace Health and Safety Committee
This committee is focused on creating safer work environments for healthcare professionals. Through the development of ergonomic practices, staff training, and the implementation of health monitoring systems, the Workplace Health and Safety Committee is committed to reducing workplace injuries, such as low back pain, and ensuring the well-being of the healthcare workforce.
TORG-NG Pain Management Committee
The Pain Management Committee is dedicated to improving pain management techniques and training for healthcare providers. This committee’s initiatives include organising & conducting workshops, advocating for best pain management techniques, and promoting innovative practices to ensure that pain management is an integral part of patient care across specialties.
TORG-NG Sterilization and Infection Control Committee
The Sterilization and Infection Control Committee plays a critical role in maintaining patient safety by advocating for modern sterilization techniques and equipment in hospitals. TORG-NG Curriculum and Education Development Committee
Dedicated to advancing surgical education, this committee will work closely with educational institutions to update curricula and expand simulation-based learning.
