Darlene’s career is marked by her significant role as a certified perioperative registered nurse at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Her specialization in caring for critically injured patients showcases her unwavering commitment to providing high-quality care even in the most challenging situations.

One of Darlene’s remarkable qualities is her ability to drive positive change. Her leadership skills have been pivotal in various contexts, and her influence has extended to national platforms. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
