Registration Process

All registrations will be Online and are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference.

  • Early Bird Registrations (Deadline 30.05.2024) – Closed
  • Late Bird Registrations (Deadline 15.07.2024) – Closed 
  • Virtual Registrations (Via Zoom Only) – Open (14th-28th July, 2024) – 20,000 Naira
  • Onsite Registration on Conference Day 1 at the venue for those NOT previously registered (7th August)  – 50,000 Naira

    Weather: From August 6th to 10th, 2024, the weather in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria is expected to be warm and humid with temperatures ranging between 25°C to 31°C. During this period, you can anticipate a mix of light showers and partly cloudy skies, which is typical for Lagos in August. Daytime temperatures will generally hover around 30-31°C, while nighttime temperatures will cool down to around 25-26°C. Prepare for occasional rain showers and ensure you stay hydrated and comfortable during the conference.

    For Attendees Traveling by Air:

    Arrival at Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA):

    Domestic Flights: If you are flying from other Nigerian states, you will likely arrive at the domestic wing of MMIA, which is Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2).

    International Flights: For international travelers or those connecting through international flights, you will arrive at the international wing of MMIA.

    Important Tips:

    Traffic Consideration: Lagos traffic can be unpredictable, especially during peak hours. Plan your travel to allow extra time for potential delays.

    From the Airport to Ostra Hall & Hotel or Oakland Hotel & Suites, Ikeja:

    Contact details of TORG Transportation & Accommodation team would be provided as necessary for pick-up.

    The journey from the airport to Ostra Hall & Hotel, located at 1 Ostra Close, Off Otunba Jobifele Way, CBD Alausa, Ikeja, takes approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic while from the airport to Oakland Hotels take approximately 9 mins.

    For Attendees Traveling by Road:

    From Other States in Nigeria:

    By Bus/Interstate Coaches: Major bus companies operate services to Lagos from various states. Book a ticket at their terminals in your state.

    By Private Vehicle: If you are driving, use GPS navigation (Google Maps, Apple Maps) and set your destination to Ostra Hall & Hotel, 1 Ostra Close, Off Otunba Jobifele Way, CBD Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

    From Lagos Mainland or Island:

    By Public Transport: Use BRT buses, danfo (public minibusses), or keke napep (tricycles) to get to Ikeja. From Ikeja, take a local Taxi/bus to CBD Alausa.

    By Ride-Hailing Services: Use ride-hailing services like Uber or Bolt for a more comfortable and direct journey.

    Local Landmarks and Directions:

    Nearest Bus Stops: Alausa Secretariat, Allen Roundabout, and Ikeja City Mall. From these stops, you can take a ride or a brief walk to Ostra Hall & Hotel. Collections available if needed.

    Landmarks to Note: The hotel is near the Lagos State Government Secretariat and Ikeja City Mall, making it easy to find and accessible.
